PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of effectively suppressing deformation of a side wall part in an expanding direction without damaging a take-out easiness property of a packaged object such as fine and small food.SOLUTION: A packaging container includes a container body 1 having an upper side opening and thermally formed of a synthetic resin sheet. The container body 1 has a bottom surface part 10 where a flat ground contact part 11 is formed on a peripheral edge part, and a side wall part 20 which stands so as to enlarge upward from the peripheral edge part of the bottom surface part 10. On the peripheral edge part of the bottom surface part 10, a ground contact surface expansion part 13 is provided in a protrusive manner so as to expand the ground contact part 11 outwardly locally. On the side wall part 20, prop wall parts 28 are formed extending from an outer edge of the ground contact surface expansion part 13 to the middle part of the side wall part 20 in a vertical direction. The prop wall parts 28 are formed to be steeper in slope than a part on both left and right sides of the prop wall parts 28 in the side wall part 20. |
