PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of operation of each of a plurality of non-insulated DC/DC converters which are integrated on one electronic component built-in substrate.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of non-insulated DC/DC converters 10comprises: a switch element 11and a choke coil 13connected in series between a node n1and a node n2; a switch element 12of which one end is connected to a node n3which is a connection of the switch element 11and the choke coil 13and the other end portion is connected to a corresponding ground terminal G; and an error amplifier 14for exclusively controlling ON/OFF states of the switch elements 11and 12in the basis of a voltage of the node n4that is the other end portion of the switch element 12. A common reference line Zis connected to a node n5provided in wiring which connects the switch elements 12of the plurality of non-insulated DC/DC converters 10and the ground terminal G.
