<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-dispersive infrared analytical gas detector capable of suppressing a deterioration of gas detection accuracy due to an influence of heater heating when a specified gas contained in an object gas to be measured is detected in an atmosphere of high humidity.SOLUTION: In a non-dispersive infrared analytical gas detector 1, an infrared detection element 31 of an infrared sensor 15 detects a gas (carbon dioxide) corresponding to the infrared of a detection wavelength based on intensity of the infrared received by a detection contact 61 while a reference contact 62 is used as a reference. The reference contact 62 is hardly affected by heat conduction as a result of being provided on a reference thin film part 44 instead of a flame part 41 of an infrared detection element 31. Consequently, the infrared detection element 31 can suppress a deterioration of gas detection accuracy because a fluctuation of a sensor output caused by a temperature change of the reference contact 62 by the heat conduction from a heater 17 is hardly generated.</p> |
