PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely induce a discharge route to a current-carrying part provided inside of the housing, even if constituting a foremost surface of the housing without providing a metal panel for the foremost surface of the housing. SOLUTION: A printing label producing apparatus 1 is composed, seeing in the cross section of a top cover 17, so that the creepage distance L2 taking along a static electricity discharge route R2 which takes a starting point at a surface position where a gap G of a transparent panel 7 at an attaching part 6a and the top cover 17 faces the outside of the top cover 17, goes through the gap G, and takes an end point at a liquid display 5, may become larger than the creepage distance L1 taking along a static electricity discharge route R1 which takes at least the starting point at the surface position and goes through the gap and takes the end point at a conduction member 32.
