PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for ophthalmological use containing pyridoxine hydrochloride as an essential component and having reduced or eliminated stimulation caused by pyridoxine hydrochloride to the eye. SOLUTION: The composition for ophthalmological use is prepared by using chondroitin sulfate and a cellulosic-based high polymer compound in combination with pyridoxine hydrochloride.
