<p>The invention provides a water drainage processing system and a water drainage processing method, which will not reduce processed water amount via film filtering even under the condition that a supernatant liquid is pumped from processed water and can prevent blocking of an oilet of the film. In the water drainage processing system, a supernatant liquid pumping pump (150) is driven, and the supernatant liquid is pumped from the process water in an anoxic groove (10). The supernatant liquid flows in a tubing (154), after an agglutinant is added from a pouring opening (156) of the tubing (154),the supernatant liquid and the agglutinant are mixed in a pipeline mixer (90), and then the mixed liquid flows in the tubing (154) and is sent back to a primary sedimentation basin (70).</p> |
