PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield flat cable for use in an LVDS system, the far-end crosstalk of which for a distance exceeding 4 m is below -26 dB in a frequency range up to 4.5 GHz. SOLUTION: In the shield flat cable of the present invention, four or more rectangular conductors are arranged on one plane, the rectangular conductors are insulated by bonding an insulating film from above and below the arrangement surface, and a shield layer is provided on the outside of the insulating film. The insulating film consists of an adhesive layer and a base material layer. The adhesive layer can adhere to the rectangular conductors when it is heated, and the base material layer maintains its shape in the temperature at which the adhesive layer adheres to the rectangular conductors.
