The present invention relates to a wired/wireless USB charger. The USB charger according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a charging circuit unit (400); an USB output unit (500); and a wireless power signal transmission unit (600). The charging circuit unit (400) includes: a power input terminal (410) receiving AC power; an AC line filter (420) which is used to reduce the conducted noises of an AC voltage signal received through the power input terminal (410); a rectifier (430) which converts the output AC voltage of the AC line filter (420) to a DC voltage; a transformer (440) which drops the high DC voltage output from the rectifier (430); and a first and second DC output rectifier (450, 451) which is connected to the output end of the rectifier (440) to convert the voltage to a DC current.
