PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of reducing lowering of a communication speed while assuring the quality of communication. SOLUTION: The communication device includes a first transmitting part 112, a first receiving part 132 receiving data transmitted by the first transmitting part 112, a first communication line 141 connecting the first transmitting part 112 and the first receiving part 132, a first reference signal transmitting part 115 transmitting a reference signal, a first reference signal receiving part 136 receiving the reference signal, a first reference signal line 143 connecting the first reference signal transmitting part 115 and the first reference signal receiving part 136, a first determining part 921 determining whether the data transmitted through the first communication line 141 is normal or not based on the reference signal received by the first reference signal receiving part 136, and a control part 92 abandoning the data transmitted by the first transmitting part 112 and requiring the first transmitting part 112 to retransmit the data when it is determined that the data is not normal by the first determining part 921.
