<p>The present invention relates to equipment to assist in leg stretching. Specifically, the present invention relates to leg stretching equipment, which is designed to gradually allow to completely spread legs apart by positioning the feet on footholds having a wheel, beginning to spread the legs, and, then, pressing a button with a toe once the legs are spread apart to a certain extent so as to spread the legs even more. The present invention is characterized by that footholds having a wheel and running smoothly are mutually connected with a tape measure, and a button is installed on the footholds so that the footholds become mutually far to spread apart the legs by gradually releasing the tape measure when the button is pressed or released. The present invention is characterized by that the user can success the leg stretching while preventing injury due to excessive stretching by allowing the user performing stretching to determine whether or not to press the button in the state that the user feels the own physical limit.</p> |
