<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To periodically synchronize a time without depending on a communication delay or communication states between a master system and a slave system. <P>SOLUTION: Aside from a communication path 23, a transmission path 24 is independently provided for transmitting a synchronization signal from a master system 21A to a slave system 22A such that the master system 21A, after notifying time information via the communication path 23, periodically transmits the synchronization signal for resetting time information of a unit time or later via the transmission path 24 at notified times.
