PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device which prevents a frame structure from floating when a vehicle is lifted and makes a stable travel. SOLUTION: A conveying device 1 includes: a metallic frame structure 2 in which a vehicle 100 can pass; wheels 100a which are journaled on the frame structure 2 to travel on two rails laid on a ground surface; a travel motor 22 which applies rotary driving force to the wheels 100a;a pair of elevation members 7 which are mounted on the frame structure 2 opposite each other; and vehicle grip members 5 which are installed in the elevation members 7 respectively and protrude to mutually opposite sides, and conveys the vehicle 100 while the wheels 100a of the vehicle 100 are lifted by elevating the elevation members 7 while the vehicle grip members 5 hold the vehicles 3 of the vehicle 100. The conveying device 1 further includes auxiliary wheels 6 which are journaled on the frame structure 2 and driven by the wheels 100a, and an actuator 8 for elevation which moves up and down the elevation member 7 above parts of the frame structure 2 on which the auxiliary wheels 6 are journaled.
