PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately execute measurement processing using event information while continuously executing measurement processing using sampling data. SOLUTION: The measurement device includes a storage processing unit for executing first storage processing for storing the sampling data of a unit processing section U in first storage areas F1a and F1b and second storage processing for storing the event information of the unit processing section U in second storage areas F2a and F2b. The storage processing unit stores, in the first storage processing, the sampling data of the unit processing section U including the input time of a synchronous signal S3 in the first storage area F1a, and the sampling data of a new unit processing section U where one cycle including the input time is first one cycle in the first storage area F1b, and stores, in the second storage processing, among the pieces of event information of the unit processing section U including the input time, the event information of a half cycle and after including the input time only in the second storage area F2a.
