PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a frame body with excellent stability, while restraining an increase of the number of parts as much as possible. SOLUTION: A vehicle seat 2 is constituted such that the frame body 20a is installed on the seating side of a frame member 6F by a first installation structure, and a board member 9 is installed on the rear side of the frame member 6F different from the seating side, and is constituted such that the frame body 20a on the board member 9 in a position different from the first installation structure by a second installation structure (P1 and H1).
