The present invention relates to a recombinant self-assembling protein including a target-specific peptide and a use of the same. The recombinant self-assembling protein including a target-specific peptide according to the present invention does not need an additional step of applying target specificity, so that a desired medicine can be transferred to a target tissue or a target cell even when a supplementary agent such as a chemical binder or a stabilizer is not used. Accordingly, the recombinant self-assembling protein can be used for photothermal treatment, medicine transmittal, or imaging. In particular, according to the present invention, without an additional surface stabilizing step or target specificity applying step, a metal-protein nano particle hybrid material, which has target specificity and on which uniform high density gold nano particles are coupled on the surface of the protein thereof, can be produced. The metal-protein nano particle hybrid material according to the present invention, compared with existing gold nano particles, exhibits structural stability for changes in pH and changes in concentration and also has excellent target specificity, so as to remarkably improve availability in terms of gold nano particle photothermal therapy. |
