PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin-plated steel sheet which can suppress the deterioration of appearance and the reduction in adhesion of a coating material, caused by the oxidation of a tin-plated surface, and allows a chemical conversion treatment at a low cost, without using Cr, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A tin-plated steel sheet has: a plated layer containing Sn, wherein the sticking amount of Sn is 0.05-20 g/mper one surface, on at least one surface of a steel sheet; a first chemical conversion treatment film containing P and Sn, wherein the sticking amount of P is 0.3-10 mg/mper one surface, on the plated layer containing Sn; a second chemical conversion treatment film containing P and Al, wherein the sticking amount of P is 1.2-10 mg/mper one surface and the sticking amount of Al is 0.24-8.7 mg/mper one surface, on the first chemical conversion treatment film; and a silane coupling agent treatment layer, wherein the sticking amount of Si is 0.10-100 mg/mper one surface, on the second chemical conversion treatment film. |
