PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acrylate resin having a high refractive index in a cured article as an organic optical material and being also excellent in heat-resistance and moisture-resistance in the cured article, a curable resin composition, its cured article and a plastic lens. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes a polymerizable compound (A) obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (a1) having a bi-naphthalene skeleton with a radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond-containing mono-carboxylic acid (x1), a reactive diluent (B), and a radical polymerization initiator (C).
