<p>The present invention relates to a filter for removing leukocytes and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a filter for removing leukocytes excellent in a rate of removing leukocytes and a rate of collecting red blood cell in blood by using a filter for removing leukocytes with a multi-layered structure including a microporous fiber layer, a nanofiber layer, and a coating layer, and to a manufacturing method thereof. A filter for removing leukocytes with a multi-layered structure manufactured by the present invention is excellent in a rate of removing leukocytes and a rate of collecting red blood cell in blood compared to an existing filter for removing leukocytes, and useful as a blood filter due to unique blood compatibility of filter material.</p> |
