The present invention relates to a marine structure having a moon pool capable of operating a plurality of blowout preventers (BOPs) which secures a storage space enough to operate the BOPs. The marine structure having the moon pool capable of operating the BOPs according to the present invention comprises a drill flower installed on an upper side of the moon pool; a BOP crane apparatus including a BOP crane connected to one side of the drill floor and a guide rail formed along an edge of one side of the drill floor for guiding movement of the BOP crane; a sack storage part storing a material used in a drilling work in a sack and performing mud mixing; and a windshield member connected to the edge of the one side of the drill floor from the sack storage part for shielding the wind and supporting the guide rail.
