<p>The invention discloses a plug-in chip and a plasma gun, capable of improving the cooling capability of multiple nozzle members that are freely mounted and dismounted upon the chip structure of the plug-in chip, and simplifying the direction-setup, mounting and dismounting of the chip. The plug-in chip comprises a plurality of nozzle members, chip base (1), and a combination member (25a), wherein the nozzle members comprise a fimbria (21a) having a nozzle (3a), a pole portion (22a) integrally formed upon the fimbria, a male thread portion (24a), and sealing material (23a) and internally comprise an electrode-configuring space (2a); the chip base (1) comprises a nozzle member inserting holes (18a), a refrigerating fluid circulating hole (1f), a refrigerating fluid bearing hole (1h), a refrigerating fluid outlet (Ii), a refrigerating fluid through hole (1j) for connecting mutually adjacent refrigerating fluid circulating hole, a refrigerating fluid through hole (1k) for connecting the refrigerating fluid circulating hole (1f) and the refrigerating fluid bearing hole, and a refrigerating fluid through hole (11) for connecting the refrigerating fluid circulating hole (1g) to the refrigerating fluid outlet; and the combination member (25a) fixes the nozzle members upon the chip base.</p> |
