The present invention relates to a delivery ordering server system, a user terminal therefor, and an ordering service method for a user terminal. According to the present invention, the ordering service system comprises an ordering service server and a text to speech (TTS) server. The ordering service server receives an ordering request message including a delivery information and an ordering information from a user terminal, provides the ordering request message to a delivery store terminal, receives an ordering result message corresponding to the ordering request message from the delivery store, and notifies the user terminal of an ordering approval or failure wherein the delivery information includes at least one among a name, a contact number, and an address, and the ordering information includes at least one among a contact number of a delivery store, a menu, a quality, and a price. When the TTS server receives the ordering request message from the ordering service server, the TTS server makes a call to the delivery store terminal, converts the delivery information and the ordering information into speech, and provides the speech to the delivery store terminal. Also, the TTS server generates an ordering result message based on the approval or disapproval order received in accordance to the speech provision and provides the ordering result message to the ordering service server. According to the present invention, by delivering a user order received over an internet network to a delivery store terminal by speech, the order by the user can be delivered quickly and accurately to the relevant delivery store. |
