PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a frame body to a frame member with high stability with a simpler configuration. SOLUTION: A vehicle seat has such a configuration that a frame body is mounted on a seat side of a frame member by a first mounting member and that a board member 9 is mounted on a rear side of the frame member at a position different from the seat side. In the vehicle seat, the frame body is mounted on the board member 9, by a second mounting member, at a position different from the mounting position by the first mounting member, and relative movement of the frame body with respect to the frame member 9 is regulated by a regulating part 93 of the board member 9.
