The present invention relates to a multifunctional window and a building with a wall having the same which are capable of realizing various images when two films installed in the window and moving in different directions intersect with each other. According to the present invention for the above effect, provided are a multifunctional window and a building with a wall having the same, wherein the multifunctional window comprises: a window frame; at least one window glass installed in the window frame; a first image displaying unit; and a second image displaying unit. The first image displaying unit includes: a vertical film having multiple first film cuts connected to each other in series; a first and a second vertical winding roll installed in the upper and the lower frame of the window frame, coupled to the vertical film, and moving the vertical film by winding or unwinding the vertical film so that the first film cuts can be sequentially exposed through the window glass; and a first operating unit installed in the window frame, coupled to the first and the second vertical winding roll, and rotating the first and the second vertical winding roll. The second image displaying unit includes: a horizontal film having second film cuts connected to each other in series; a first and a second horizontal winding roll installed in the left and the right frame of the window frame, coupled to the horizontal film, and moving the horizontal film by winding or unwinding the horizontal film so that the first and the second film cuts form a combined image while the second film cuts are overlapped with the first film cuts exposed through the window glass; and a second operating unit installed in the window frame, coupled to the first and the second horizontal winding roll, and rotating the first and the second horizontal winding roll.
