The present invention relates to a closed circuit television (CCTV) camera having a transparent planar heating element and, more specifically, to a CCTV camera which comprises: a case; a camera lens mounted inside the case; a support for supporting the camera lens; and a cap mounted on the case to protect the camera lens, wherein, a transparent planar heating element is formed over the entire surface of the cap to generate heat by electricity applied from the outside. The CCTV camera can maintain excellent recording quality regardless of weather or season, by forming the transparent planar heating element to generate heat over the entire surface of the cap to prevent occurrence of condensation or frost due to rain or snow. |
