PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saliva-used biological chronometry which is not influenced by an environmental change.SOLUTION: A method of serially measuring the transfer amount or expression amount of a salivary gland cell of &bgr; arrestin-1 (ARRB1) in saliva and observing a circadian change, a method of determining circadian rhythm modulation, and a kit for these are provided.
