PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an appropriate buffer discard threshold value to a mobile station UE supporting a CA.SOLUTION: A radio base station eNB comprises a buffer management section 12 configured to manage a buffer discard threshold value of a mobile station UE, and the buffer management section 12 is configured to discard downlink data, to the mobile station UE, of which the data amount exceeds the buffer discard threshold value, from buffered downlink data to the mobile station UE. The buffer management section 12 is configured to change the buffer discard threshold value of the mobile station UE on the basis of whether a CA is set to the mobile station UE. |
