PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar terminal capable of facilitating accurate fitting connection, by preventing backlash and vibration in the width direction of the terminal body, during the fitting operation to the terminal fitting portion on the other side.SOLUTION: A planar terminal includes a terminal body 11 formed in plate-shape elongated in the fitting direction, and a plurality of springs 12 projecting toward the outside of the terminal body 11 at a plurality of points on both side faces 11a of the terminal body 11 shifted in the fitting direction. The terminal body 11 is held by a pair of holding plates 27, 28 arranged to face the terminal fitting portion 21 of a connection partner, and the plurality of springs 12 on both sides of the terminal body 11 come into contact with a pair of sidewall plates 24, 25 covering the side of the pair of holding plates 27, 28 at the terminal fitting portion 21. |
