PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structurally simple water cutoff rubber capable of securing an elongation margin in the center of a joint crossing part.SOLUTION: A water cutoff rubber 1 for a joint crossing part includes rubber having a cross-sectional shape of a wave type viewed in an orthogonal direction to a length direction of a joint area 3, and is molded in a plane shape corresponding to the joint area 3 including the joint crossing part 4, and covers the joint area 3 including the joint crossing part 4. The water cutoff rubber 1 comprises: a plurality of joint covering water cutoff rubbers 15, 16, 17 and 18 extending in the length direction of a belt-like part 3a of the joint area 3 and mating the mutual tips in the joint crossing part 4; and rubber sheets 19 and 20 overlapped so as to straddle a mating part 22 of the water cutoff rubbers 15, 16, 17 and 18 and to become the oblique direction to the length direction of the respective water cutoff rubbers 15, 16, 17 and 18 to the mating part 22. The mating part 22 of the water cutoff rubbers 15, 16, 17 and 18 and the rubber sheets 19 and 20 are integrally vulcanized. |
