PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which enables a user to impart his/her favorite fragrance to laundry easily.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: an outer case; a water tub; a rotary tub; water supply means; charging means for charging a finishing agent into the water tub; and control means for controlling the water supply means and the charging means. As regards a rinsing step of performing rinsing of laundry by storing water in the water tub and agitating the water and a dewatering step of dewatering the laundry by making the rotary tub be rotated at high speed, the control means can selectively execute: a standard specification for performing the rinsing step and the dewatering step according to preset content; and a fragrance addition specification for performing a final rinsing step where rinsing is performed by charging the finishing agent into the water tub by the charging means in the rinsing step, for a longer period of time than in the standard specification.
