PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat whose upper rails and lower rails can be prevented from deforming.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is provided with: left and right lower rails 100 that extend in a longitudinal direction and are fixed to a floor of a vehicle; left and right upper rails 200 that are engaged with the lower rails 100 and can be slid to the lower rails 100; a cushion frame configured to be slidable together with the upper rails 200. The upper rails 200 have: a main body portion 210; and an outside engaging portion 220 and an inside engaging portion 230 that are provided on a lower end of the main body portion 210 and can be engaged with the lower rails 100. Further the vehicle seat is provided with a connecting member for connecting the left and right main body portions 210. The upper parts of the main body portions 210 compose a side frame 20 of the cushion frame. |
