The present invention relates to a tactile sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tactile sensor comprises: one or more first tactile sensor in a potential difference type which is placed in parallel; one or more second tactile sensor in a potential difference type which is stacked in parallel in a direction of crossing the first tactile sensor; and a potential difference inducing layer which is placed at the point of intersection between the first and the second tactile sensors, in order to induce a potential difference in the first and the second tactile sensors at the point of intersection to an outside contact.
