The present invention relates to an organic electronic device including fullerene derivatives. The organic electronic device includes a first electrode; a second electrode formed to face the first electrode; and one or more layer of organic layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layer among the organic layer includes fullerene derivatives represented by following chemical formula 1 to increase efficiency and/or increase safety.
