PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer bush having a new structure in which a hard spring can be selectively set in a specific direction perpendicular to an axis, and a relatively soft spring can be maintained in any other direction.SOLUTION: A main rubber elastic body 12 is pre-compressed in a direction perpendicular to an axis by the insertion of a stabilizer bar 36 into an insertion hole 16 of the main rubber elastic body 12. In addition, the inner diameter size of the insertion hole 16 is made smaller in both end parts in an axial direction than in an intermediate part in the axial direction. In the insertion hole 16 of the main rubber elastic body 12, a pair of protruding parts 32 and 32 facing each other in the direction perpendicular to the axis and protruding inward are formed so as to be out of a parting part 28 of the main rubber elastic body 12. Each protruding part 32 is continuously extended in the axial direction with a prescribed width in a circumferential direction, and steps 34 are formed in both ends in the circumferential direction of the protruding part 32 so as to be raised from the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 16 toward an inner circumferential side. |
