<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device that can accept a change in oscillation frequency from without while suppressing the generation of a spurious component due to noise or the like.SOLUTION: A voltage-controlled oscillation section 11 oscillates to provide a frequency signal having an oscillation frequency depending on a control voltage, and a rotary encoder 5 outputs a signal corresponding to an amount of change in the oscillation frequency on the basis of a direction of rotation and an amount of rotation of a rotary shaft 51. A control section 4 outputs a set value of the control voltage corresponding to a changed oscillation frequency obtained on the basis of the amount of change, as a digital setting signal, to an analog/digital conversion section 16 via a bus.
