<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively transmit striking force outputted by an air hammer body to an inner wedge and an outer wedge, so that powered crushing force by each wedge can be applied to a crushing object.SOLUTION: An air hammer breaker includes: a striking force output shaft 22 outputting striking force generated by an air hammer body 21; an inner wedge 23 having a taper surface tapered toward the tip; a pair of guide grooves 27 having the same depth formed in the taper surface of the inner wedge 23; a pair of outer wedges 24 having a taper surface 24a inclined corresponding to the guide groove 27 in the inside surface, slidably mounted on the guide groove 27, and having the outside surface to be an arc surface having the same arc diameter; a striking force bearing shaft 25 integrally provided in the center of the side surface of the inner wedge 23; and an off-axis stop pipe 26 covering the striking force bearing shaft 25 and the respective ends opposed to each other of the striking force bearing shaft 25 over a predetermined length. Striking force outputted from the striking force output shaft 22 strikes the end of the striking force bearing shaft 25 to press the inner wedge 23 into the outer wedge 24.</p> |
