PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device capable of generating high out put laser light by avoiding optical damage on the optical components.SOLUTION: A laser device including an external resonator further includes a LD bar 1 generating a plurality of light beams having different wavelengths, a partial reflection mirror 6 for reflecting a part of each beam toward the LD bar 1, and constituting an optical resonator related to each light beam together with the LD bar 1, and a grating 5 installed in the optical resonator and arranging respective light beams by using wavelength dispersion. The plurality of light beams are spatially discrete on the grating 5, and are superposed on a grating 9. |
