PURPOSE: A damper device is provided to allow the damper device to maintain constant damping characteristics by preventing leakage of grease of damper chamber over a long period of use. CONSTITUTION: A damper device comprises a damper body(20) having a damper chamber filled with a damping fluid, wherein the damper chamber has sliding ribs(24) concentrically arranged; a slide(30) arranged within the damper chamber, and which has a plurality of sliding ribs(32) concentrically arranged to correspond to the sliding ribs of the damper chamber, and a rotating center shaft(35) protruded outward from the damper chamber; a damper cover(40) fused to the damper body, and which shields the damper chamber; and a rotating gear rotating integrally with the rotating center shaft of the slide, and which maintains rotating speed of the external load constant by being engaged with the load.
