<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor drive circuit that suppresses power consumption and heat generation by preventing an input current to an optical semiconductor from flowing more than needed, and has a longer life.SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor drive circuit 1 includes: a plurality of optical semiconductors 10; a CTR determination section 15 for deciding an optical semiconductor to be driven among the plurality of optical semiconductors 10 in accordance with a CTR of the optical semiconductors, and generating a drive instruction signal indicating the semiconductor to be driven; and a switching section 13 for feeding an input current only to the optical semiconductor to be driven on the basis of the drive instruction signal.</p> |
