PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work chuck device which does not need to arrange a drive part, a linear moving part, a deformation part or the like in the vicinity of a claw member, is simple in structure without using a special part or the like even at a low temperature, and can surely perform a grip release operation by only simple rotation drive.SOLUTION: A work chuck device comprises: a holder 131 in which opening/closing means for opening and closing a claw member 120 is support to a chuck main body 110; a drive shaft 132 having a sun gear 133 which is rotatably supported to the center of the holder 131; a planetary shaft 134 having a planetary gear 135 which is engaged with the sun gear 133; and a planetary base 136 which is fixed to the holder 131, and rotatably supports the planetary shaft 134. The claw member 120 is arranged so as to be oscillatory by an oscillation arm 121 fixed to the planetary shaft 134. |
