PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially accurately manage measuring time of vital data.SOLUTION: Measurement hardware 3 attaches measuring time to measured vital data and transmits to a repeater 2. The repeater 2 attaches relaying time to the vital data received from the measurement hardware 3 and relays to a server 1. The server 1 calculates network delay time with the repeaters 2 and corrects the measuring time of vital data based on receipt time, relaying time, and network delay time of the vital data.
