The present invention relates to a brake actuator. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle brake actuator which improves a coupling structure among a piston, a rod plate, and a spring diaphragm to improve durability of the spring diaphragm. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a vehicle brake actuator having a power spring mounted and supported at a piston inside a spring chamber, a rod plate integrally disposed at an end portion of an actuator rod, and the rod plate, the spring diaphragm, and the piston coupled while being overlapped with each other, wherein a protrusion and a groove into which the protrusion can be inserted are formed at an overlapping portion of the rod plate and the piston, and a portion of the spring diaphragm contacting the protrusion is fitted into the groove while being pressed by the protrusion and the spring diaphragm is interposed between the rod plate and the piston. |
