MICROORGANISM SHOWING ANTIFUNGAL EFFECTS ON PATHOGENIC FUNGI AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are microorganism showing antifungal effects on pathogenic fungi and a method for manufacturing the antifungal compounds which are useful in manufacturing agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: Pseudomonas aurantiacaKL1326 (KCTC 8916P) shows antifungal activities to Mucor spp., Pythium ultimum, Rhizoctonia solani, Botryoshaeria dothidea, and Candida albicans. And a method for manufacturing antifungal compounds is characterized by comprising the steps: i) cultivating Pseudomonas aurantiacaKL1326 in broth at 30-37 deg.C for three days while controlling sources of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphate, and adding amino acids and vitamins; ii) obtaining supernatant of the culture broth and precipitating proteins; and iii) purifying the proteins through gel chromatography to obtain antifungal compounds.
