摘要 PURPOSE:To enable dealing with multinominal analyses by providing a rotatable toric reaction cell array which brings specimens into reaction, and providing a rotary reagent housing concentrically with the reaction cell array and stationary reagent housing onto the moving loci of dispensing nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The rotary reagent housing 20 is provided concentrically with the toric reaction cell array 10 and the stationary reagent housing 51, 52 are provided onto the moving loci of the dispensing nozzles 31, 32. The specimens are dispensed from sample cells 41 into the reaction cells 2. The reaction cell array 10 is then rotated and the reagents conforming to inspection items are dispensed from the rotary reagent housing 20 or the stationary reagent housings 51, 52 by the dispensing nozzles 31, 32 into the reaction cells 2. The specimens and the reagents are brought into reaction in the reaction cells 2 and the reaction products are measured by an optical instrument 60. The reagents having high using frequencies are put into the rotary reagent housing 20 and the reagents of the low use frequencies or the reagent requiring a large amt. of the reagent for the same item is put into the stationary reagent housings 51, 52. The rotary reagent housing and the stationary reagent housings are provided and the number of the reagent vessels is increased in the above-mentioned manner; therefore, the instrument is capable of dealing with the multiple terms and higher speed processing of the measurement.
