PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment facility capable of securing a quantity of water even in a drought period and reducing a sewage disposal cost of a sewage-treatment plant.SOLUTION: A water treatment facility has a water purifying facility, a water recycling facility and a control device. The water purifying facility takes in a type of water among plural types of water including river water from a river, rainwater and wastewater according to a first water intake instruction, treats the taken water, and sends the treated water to a consumer as clean water through a water supply line. The water recycling facility takes in the type of water among the plural types of water according to a second water intake instruction, treats the taken water, and sends the treated water to the consumer as recycled water through a recycled water line. The control device generates the first water intake instruction to instruct the type of water to be taken in with respect to the water purifying facility and the second water intake instruction to instruct the type of water to be taken in with respect to the water recycling facility, by referring to conditions including a drought situation and a water treatment cost. |
