<p>The present invention relates to microspore or a promoter for specifically expressing a pollen gene from Oryzasativa Os07g0247000, a method for manufacturing transgenic plants where an exotic gene enabling vector to be transformed into the plant is expressed as microspore or pollen specifically, and transgenic plants wherein the exotic gene manufactured by the method is expressed as microspore or pollen and seeds thereof. The promoter of the present invention has an excellent expression in the level of developing microspore and aging pollen and thus can be used for growing male sterility in biotechnology.</p> |
