An object selection method is disclosed. The object selection method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of displaying a plurality of objects on a screen; recognizing a voice made by a user and tracking user′s eyes on the screen; and selecting at least one among the objects on the screen based on the recognized voice and the tracked eyes.
