摘要 <p>The present invention provides a hot rolled steel sheet having excellent sulfide stress cracking resistance and low temperature toughness in an H2S atmosphere and a method for manufacturing the hot rolled steel sheet by optimizing a composition and manufacturing conditions. The hot rolled steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention contains 0.02-0.05 wt% of C, 0.05-0.3 wt% of Si, 0.5-1.2 wt% of Mn, 0.02-0.05 wt% of Al, 0.02-0.06 wt% of Nb, 0.005-0.02 wt% of Ti, 0.01-0.3 wt% of Cr, 0.0015-0.003 wt% of Ca, 0.003-0.007 wt% of N, 0.01 wt% or less of P (excluding 0%), 0.001 wt% or less of S (excluding 0%), and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.</p>
