<p>Provided is a non-oxidizing gas wiping apparatus including a pair of gas wiping units disposed to be opposite to each other, through which a plated steel sheet passes; and a sealing structure having a plurality of wall members enclosing the gas wiping units to maintain an non-oxidizing atmosphere, of which one of the wall members is moved up and down, or a sealing structure having a plurality of wall members enclosing the gas wiping units to maintain an non-oxidizing atmosphere, of which one of the wall members has a double structure to form a ventilation portion. Therefore, since the structure of the sealing equipment (box) enclosing the gas wiping unit is improved, the non-oxidizing atmosphere is stably maintained by the inflow interruption of the outer air, and non-oxidized zinc particles are molten on the molten surface of a plating furnace to prevent formation of upper dross on the molten surface of the plating furnace. Working loads caused by the removal of the dross or a factor on a surface defect of the plated steel sheet is eliminated, and thus the productivity is improved through high-speed passing of the sheet when the steel plate is plated.</p> |
