A cooling and heating system is disclosed. The cooling and heating system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hot and cold water channel for supplying cold water or hot water; a pair of radiating channels to be spaced apart from the cold and hot water channel on both sides of the hot and cold water channel; a peltier module disposed between the hot and cold water channel and the pair of the radiating channels; and a cooling and heating mat connected to the hot and cold water channel and to be heated or cooled by the cold water or the hot water from the hot and cold water channel. |
