PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor lighting apparatus capable of solving conventional problems.SOLUTION: This optical semiconductor lighting apparatus comprises: a housing in which an open region and a first vent hole are provided; a heat radiation base installed in the open region of the housing; an optical semiconductor element arranged on the heat radiation base in an outward direction of the housing; and a heat radiation block including a plurality of heat radiation plates arranged in the housing. Gaps among the heat radiation plates are open on the heat radiation base side, a cooling fan and a power supply are arranged between the first vent hole and the heat radiation block, and the power supply is arranged between the cooling fan and the first vent hole.
